Have you seen one of these in your grandma's house?
Did you think it had interesting lines but didn't really know
what to do with it to bring it into this decade?
Give it a makeover!
This Early American style was very popular in the '70's.
This table was called a "drum" table in its day.
Its good size, 25" round x 26" high and very sturdy.
We refinished this one with a quick sanding, a coat of primer
then sprayed with a powder blue arcrylic.
After that, it was hand stenciled on the top and
on the dividers with a standard white acrylic.
The table was then given a finish of walnut stained glaze to darken
the blue to a blue/gray and give the vines a weathered vintage look.
There aren't very many of these tables left out there,
we were lucky to find this one!
It is for sale for $225, please contact us at
charmingnashville@gmail.com
if interested in this piece or if you have something you would like
to have refinished let us know!
FYI:
There is one somewhat like this (but unfinished)
on eBay right now, for $300 (click here to see).
